Radio 4 is a part of the Estonian National Broadcasting and has among Russian-speaking Estonian media channels the largest audience. We work with the May 1, 1993. Our transmission can be listened to all over Estonia, as well as in Finland, Russia, Latvia and Sweden. In 1996, the studio was opened Narva Radio 4.
